PCM CERTIFICATION
Outcome:
- The PCM Coach Certification will help you on your workplace to perform individual coaching and career profiling activities. The certification programme is approved by ICF (CCE)
Agenda:
- To perform 3 individual debriefing sessions
- To attend 3 hours of supervision
- To take the one-day exam (theoretical knowledge validation, case studies and « live » coaching)
